TripVS provides AI-powered travel cost comparisons between destinations. Our estimates are generated using artificial intelligence and should be treated as approximations, not guaranteed prices. Actual travel costs may vary based on season, availability, and personal preferences.
3. Accuracy Disclaimer
Cost estimates are AI-generated and based on aggregated data. While we strive for accuracy, TripVS does not guarantee that any cost estimate is exact. We recommend verifying prices with booking providers before making travel decisions. TripVS is not responsible for discrepancies between our estimates and actual costs.
4. User Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us of any unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated systems or bots to scrape data from the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Exceed reasonable usage limits (currently 5 comparisons per day for free accounts).
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on TripVS are owned by us or licensed to us. You may share individual comparison results (including share cards) with attribution. You may not reproduce the Service or its data in bulk.
7. Third-Party Services
TripVS may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., booking platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Affiliate links may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
TripVS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to travel decisions made based on our estimates.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
